This unique hob cover makes a wonderful gift for any map lover and features a vintage map of London and the South West of England. Our hop covers are sold as single items and are great for keeping your AGA tops clean and free from scratches. The ideal gift for AGA loving friends or family.
This British made hob cover is printed with a vintage map originally published by John Bartholomew in 1919 and shows the south west of England from Hampshire to Maindstone including Brighton in the south and London in the North. If you would like to see if your town or village is marked on the map please contact us before placing your order.
We’ve never met anyone who doesn’t love old maps, that is why we only use antique maps printed on our products. Their unique charm & history are a part of who we are. The map on this tea towel is a reproduction of Sheet 12 from John Bartholomew’s 4 Miles to the Inch Road Map of England & Wales originally published in 1919. Because the maps are scanned and reprinted onto our products there may be defects or variations of colour within the map, these would have been on the original map and are part of the products charm.
