Atlas & I was born from our love of antique maps, worldwide travel and unforgettable experiences, combined with a need to create sentimental and beautiful gifts for family and friends.
We think giving a gift should be a personal experience for the giver as well as the receiver, from the lightbulb moment when you discover the perfect gift, to the look of surprise when the recipient opens it. That’s why we make every product to order featuring a location that tells a story. It could be a map celebrating the place a loved one got married or simply the place you call home, the possibilities are endless, with maps available worldwide.
We have sourced, scanned, and indexed hundreds of vintage and modern maps over the last decade to allow us to offer a huge and varied range of world maps. We have invested heavily in the technology on our website to allow you to easily create very high-quality personalised map prints, homeware, and gifts.

Our Business & Us
Atlas & I was originally founded in 2013. Now based in the heart of Yorkshire, our family run business strives to create high quality products, that capture a special place and/or moment.
As a familiy we love to travel the world and have visited some pretty amazing places. We love collecting memoribilia and keepsakes from our destinations and proudly display them in our home - it certainly creates conversation when friends and family visit. We understand the importance of capturing a memory and preserving it, which is why we love the concept of our business.
When we’re not busy creating your bespoke pieces, you’ll usually find us outdoors exploring. We’re big lovers of geography and history, and a good hike is always our idea of a perfect day out, especially if it’s followed by great food and a drink at the pub. At home, we enjoy cosy cuddles with our dog, Monty, and planning our next adventure. Whether we’re camping under the stars or simply socialising with friends, these moments inspire so many of the designs we create.

Our signature range of silhouette artworks are one of a kind, choose a map type and location and if desired select a silhouette of a pastime or memorable occasion. We have created more than 300 silhouettes for our customers to choose from, and designed hundreds more bespoke silhouettes for our customers.
If you can’t find what you are looking for, our bespoke silhouette service is available for an additional fee. Similarly if you are looking for a specific location, we can check our map archive to see how we can help you find your exact location.
Home & Dining
A distinctive addition to any home, our interiors range comprises of soft furnishings, drinks trays, lampshades and placemats to name a few! Each and every item is printed with one of our vintage maps chosen by you. They make great gifts or a little something for your own home.
Splashbacks
Our splashbacks are truly unique productions. For kitchens, bathrooms, or cloakrooms, they create a very high-quality talking point in any room. Bespoke sizing is available and we can work with your installers for sizing and cut-out requirements.
