We pride ourselves on British made excellent quality products. Each and every item is made to order by our partner factories, so the time taken to manufacture each item can vary. Alongside each product listing, you will find estimated delivery times.
Due to factories being closed between Christmas and New Year the standard production times stated alongside products can increase by 5-7 workings days for orders placed after the 13th December. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
Please note the production time stated is approximate. Once your product is ready it will be sent on a UK next day service. Please be aware next day delivery is not available for Scottish Islands or Highlands, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles & Ireland. Our personalised products do not fit through letterboxes so please ensure that there will be someone to sign for the parcel at the delivery address provided during working hours.
Please be aware that orders containing multiple items can sometimes be delivered in separate parcels at different times, depending on the lead time for each product.
If your delivery address is outside of the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Atlas & I is not liable for any import charges, you must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
