My order arrived damaged
Regrettably, sometimes products arrive having been damaged in transit. We will of course make and send you a replacement as soon as possible. In order for us to claim from our shipping provider we must receive images of the damaged product before we can dispatch a replacement to you.
Please email us a photo of the damaged product itself as well as an image of the outside of the box including the shipping label. We regret that we cannot create a replacement for you unless these images have been provided. Please email images to [email protected] with the subject title "Damages" and include your original order number.
